FAQ's

How do I pay?  - A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking. The balance is due prior to arrival. Payment can be made by Bank transfer, cheque, cash or PayPal. 

 

What is the Cancellation policy? - If the booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival a full refund will be given.  If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival the deposit paid will not be refunded. 

 

How do I Check in? - There is a key safe at the door which allows you to do a ‘self check in’. The key safe code will be shared with you prior to arrival. 

 

What’s included? - ‘Self catering’ means your accommodation will have facilities that enable you to ‘cater’, ie cook, for yourself and it will have a dining area. You will also have laundry facilities available for your use. Bedding, towels, toilet rolls and cleaning products will be provided. 

 

Is Wi-Fi included? - Unlimited free Wi-Fi is available at each property. Speeds are generally great at around 50mbps 

 

What facilities are in the Local area? - There is a range of shops and eating places within walking distance. Some menus are provided in the apartments.  

 

Is there Public transport nearby? - A regular bus service runs into Aberdeen city centre. 

 

Are pets allowed? - All properties are listed as ‘pet free’ so no pets are allowed. 

 

What are the arrival and departure times? - Arrival time is after 3pm. Departure time is before 11am. 

 

What happens if I have a problem/issue during my stay? - Contact details are given on an information card in each property. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch so that a member of our team can help you. 

 

Is the property suited to guests with accessibility requirements? - Two of our properties are ground floor but they each have a few steps at the entrance. None of our properties are ‘wheelchair friendly’. 

What should we do when we leave the property? - We ask guests to leave their property clean and tidy and to strip the beds that were used. If this is a problem for you, for example due to a shortage of time on departure, just let us know and a cleaner can be arranged at a cost of £30. 

Are power and heating costs included? - Yes. Each property has a ‘Nest’ thermostatic system fitted which helps us to keep energy costs down. 

Is there free Parking? - Each property has private, off road, parking.
